At Opaléya, each order is prepared with care and intention.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at 📧 contact@opaleya.com.
• After this time, your order may already be in processing or dispatch, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Subscriptions or Pre-Orders (if applicable)

• If your order includes a subscription or pre-order, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.
• Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as items may have entered production or shipment.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
