Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 10:30am (Monday–Saturday) are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 10:30am GMT (Monday–Saturday) may still be dispatched the same day, but are more likely to be shipped the next working day.
  
  

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) £4.90 – £16. Fully tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2–3 working days.

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) £5.99 – £18. Fully tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1–2 working days.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm £16.50. Fully tracked with signature on delivery. Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm, when ordered before 10:30am (Mon–Sat).

International Shipping

We offer limited international delivery.

Rates & delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We currently ship to selected countries including the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and EU countries.

Customs fees, import taxes, and local duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Terms & Conditions of Shipping

• Once dispatched, Opaléya is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.
• If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• In the rare event your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in opening a claim with the courier. Replacements or refunds will only be processed once the courier’s investigation is complete.
• Delivery times stated are those provided by Royal Mail. While they are usually very reliable, we cannot guarantee these timings. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for transit lies with Royal Mail.
