Return & Refund Policy



At Opaléya, every piece is prepared with care and intention. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags and the tamper-proof ribbon completely intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery



Refunds & Processing


  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days from receiving your return for processing.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.



Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:


  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Worn, used, or damaged garments
  • Any item where the tamper-proof ribbon has been removed or tampered with
