Return policy

We want you to love your Opaléya piece fully and forever. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the following conditions

Goodwill Credits & Gestures

Goodwill credits may occasionally be offered at our discretion as a gesture of appreciation or to enhance your experience with Opaléya.


These credits are intended for use on future purchases and hold no cash value.


Please note that goodwill credits are linked to the original order for which they were issued. In the event that an order is returned for a full or partial refund, any associated goodwill credit may no longer be valid.


If a goodwill credit has already been used and the original order is later returned for a full or partial refund, the value of the goodwill credit may be deducted from the refund amount.


Opaléya reserves the right to issue, adjust, or withdraw goodwill credits at its discretion.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags and our tamper-proof ribbon completely intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage and a £2.50 (per item) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Please note: No returns will be accepted if the Opaléya ribbon has been removed, untied, or tampered with.

This ribbon is part of our authenticity and quality control process — once it’s removed, the garment is considered worn and non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@opaleya.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions and next steps.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or offered as store credit.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days from receiving your return for processing unless stated otherwise.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return postage and a £2.50 (per item) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Worn or damaged garments
  • Any item with the tamper-proof ribbon remove
