Return policy

We want you to love your Opaléya piece fully and forever. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the following conditions

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags and our tamper-proof ribbon completely intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery



Please note: No returns will be accepted if the Opaléya ribbon has been removed, untied, or tampered with.

This ribbon is part of our authenticity and quality control process — once it’s removed, the garment is considered worn and non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@opaleya.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions and next steps.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or offered as store credit.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days from receiving your return for processing unless stated otherwise.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.



Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Worn or damaged garments
  • Any item with the tamper-proof ribbon remove
